What am I really getting when I book with Itineria Co.?
You’re getting hours of expert research and thoughtful planning without having to do the digging yourself. We sift through travel blogs, local guides, reviews, social media, and trusted publications to find the places that are truly worth your time. Then we organize everything into a seamless, well-paced itinerary and deliver it in a beautifully designed, easy-to-use package that is ready for travel.

Are you a travel agency?
No — and that’s intentional. We’re a travel planning and itinerary design studio. This allows us to stay brand-agnostic and design trips around you, not commissions.

 

Do you book flights, hotels, or activities for me?
We don’t book directly. Instead, we provide personalized recommendations and direct booking links so you maintain full control over your reservations, pricing, and preferences.

 

For our concierge tier, we’ll coordinate with vendors, flag available perks or discounts when possible, and streamline the booking process, without taking ownership away from you.

 

Why don’t you book on my behalf?
Because transparency and flexibility matter. You see exactly what you’re booking, earn your own loyalty points, and can make changes directly if plans shift.

I’m confused. You don’t book for us, but your Concierge clients receive vendor coordination. What does that mean?
Great question. For our Concierge clients, we reach out to vendors on your behalf, including hotels, Airbnb hosts, restaurants, and experience providers, to confirm availability for your dates and ask about rates, perks, or specials when available. Once we’ve gathered that information, we share direct booking details and next steps, and you complete the reservations yourself. This keeps everything transparent and allows you to manage any future changes directly.

What’s the difference between your planning tiers?
In short:

  • Itinerary Tier: Pre-Canned Itineraries are ready-to-use trips for specific destinations and travel styles.

  • Planner Tier: A custom version of the Itinerary Tier that's built entirely around your preferences, dates, and travel goals.

  • Concierge Tier: Our highest-touch option, offering hands-on support, vendor coordination, custom extras, and a white-glove experience.

 

Each tier builds on the one before it.

 

How does the planning process work?
It’s simple:

  1. You submit an inquiry and select a planning tier

  2. We confirm availability and send your custom quote

  3. After payment, you complete a detailed travel survey (and for our Concierge Tier, review the results after on a call)​​

  4. We design and deliver your itinerary — ready for booking and travel

 

How long does it take to receive my itinerary?
Turnaround time depends on the tier and trip complexity, but most itineraries are delivered within 14 business days after survey completion. We will send you at ETA as soon as your invoice is paid.

 

Can I make changes after I receive my itinerary?
If you are a Concierge customer, yes. One round of edits is included.

 

Planner and Itinerary tier trips are final.
