Redefining the Art of Trip Planning

Allison and Paige are lifelong friends with a shared passion for creating experiences people truly love. Over the years, they kept hearing the same thing after family and friends' trips: “It was fun, but…”  Usually followed by stories of missed details, overstuffed schedules, or stressful logistics that could have been avoided with the right plan.

As the designated planners in their circles, they decided to turn their love of thoughtful organization and effortless fun into something bigger. Itineria Co. was born from their belief that the best moments in life shouldn’t come with a “but”.

They take joy in removing the work of planning and replacing it with ease, beauty, and intention. Crafting travel experiences that flow seamlessly and leave clients remembering only how good it all felt.

Allison Neely

Allison believes a great trip has a feeling long before it has a flight. Whether the destination is a snow-covered mountain town or a sun-soaked beach, she starts every client experience by asking one question: how do you want this to feel? From there, she builds everything around the answer. The mood board, the playlist, the look of the itinerary itself, all of it crafted so that the vibe is consistent and intentional from the moment you start dreaming to the moment you get home.

Head of Planning

Paige Harton

Paige is the reason your trip actually works. A researcher by trade and a traveler at heart, she approaches every itinerary the way most people only wish someone would: obsessively, thoroughly, and with an eye for the details no one else thought to check. Travel times, dietary restrictions, reservation windows, neighborhood proximity, she's already thought of it. What she hands you isn't just a plan. It's the version where everything that could go wrong already has been caught, so all you have to do is show up.
