Itineria Co. Effective Date: April 8, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing itineriaco.com, placing an order through our website or Etsy shop, submitting an inquiry, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Itineria Co., a Kansas-based travel itinerary service.

2. Our Services

Itineria Co. offers three tiers of travel planning services:

Itinerary (Pre-Made)

Pre-researched, destination-specific travel itineraries sold as digital PDF downloads. These are not customized to any individual buyer. Itineraries include restaurant and bar recommendations, activity guides, local tips, and logistics — delivered instantly after purchase. Pricing starts at $24.

Planner (Semi-Custom)

Personalized itineraries built for your specific destination, travel style, budget, and group. Requires completion of a client survey. Delivered digitally after itinerary completion. Pricing starts at $85/day.

Concierge (Fully Custom)

A full-service planning experience including a consultation call, completely customized multi-day itinerary, vendor coordination, booking assistance (excluding flights), a custom mood board with outfit and product links, curated playlists, and an interactive map. Includes one round of revisions before finalization. Pricing starts at $200/day.

The specific deliverables, pricing, and timeline for Planner and Concierge services will be confirmed via email or inquiry form prior to commencement of work.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

Pre-made Itinerary products are digital goods delivered as PDF files. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

Digital products are delivered via email or instant download link after purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Itineria Co. is not responsible for delivery failures caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or third-party platform issues.
If you experience delivery issues, contact us at hello@itineriaco.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Payment

Payment for all services is processed through our Wix website or Etsy, depending on where you make your purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the applicable platform. We accept all payment methods supported by those platforms.

For Planner and Concierge services, payment terms (including deposits and final payment timing) will be specified in your service agreement, which you must accept before work begins.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pre-Made Itineraries

Because our Itinerary products are digital goods that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads. If your file is corrupted or undelivered due to a technical error on our end, we will resend it or issue a replacement.

Planner and Concierge Services

Cancellation and refund terms for Planner and Concierge services will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus any administrative fees, at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds after a completed itinerary has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Itineria Co. — including itineraries, text, graphics, mood boards, maps, playlists, and any other deliverables — is the intellectual property of Itineria Co. and is protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase or delivery, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use your purchased itinerary for your own travel purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any itinerary or deliverable.
Share, post, or publish the full content of any itinerary on public platforms without prior written consent.
Use any deliverable to create derivative works for commercial purposes.

Brief references (e.g., sharing your trip highlights on social media) are welcome and appreciated — just please credit @itineriaco.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Itineria Co. provides travel planning and recommendation services only. We are not a licensed travel agent, tour operator, or booking agency. We do not make reservations, purchase tickets, or secure accommodations on your behalf unless explicitly agreed to under a Concierge service agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Itineria Co. is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, quality, safety, or legality of any third-party vendor, restaurant, hotel, attraction, or experience recommended in our itineraries.
Availability and pricing of recommended vendors may change between the time of itinerary creation and your travel dates.
Itineria Co. is not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses — including travel delays, cancellations, personal injury, or dissatisfaction with third-party vendors — arising from your use of our itineraries.
Travel involves inherent risk. You are responsible for researching entry requirements, travel advisories, health and safety conditions, and travel insurance for your destination.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and Seller Policies. Itineria Co. operates as an independent seller on Etsy and is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. beyond the seller relationship. We have no control over Etsy's platform, policies, or operations.

Our website is built on Wix and is subject to Wix's platform terms. We are not responsible for any Wix platform outages, data loss, or errors.

9. User Conduct

When using our website, inquiry forms, or communication channels, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Harass, threaten, or abuse our team members.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

10. Email Communications

By signing up for our email list or submitting an inquiry form, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from Itineria Co. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@itineriaco.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Kansas.
